Bruce was in his 50’s when high blood pressure and diabetes led his doc to prescribe a salt-free diet. Devastated at the prospect of a lifetime of bland food, Bruce and his friend Cynthia sourced peppers and African spices, and mixed up a batch of Bru-Bru’s in the kitchen of his Venice bungalow (order here).
